The standard turnaround time is 5-10 days depending on order size from the date we receive payment and/or the artwork is confirmed. This does not include the shipping time which can take on average another 7-10 days depending on your location. For orders that require custom-designed artwork by our team, turnaround time may increase depending on approval swiftness from the client.
What if I have a tighter deadline?We often work with tight deadlines and depending on our workload at the time and the complexity of your requirements, we can give accurate estimates. Do not hesitate to give us a call to be advised of our current lead times, which can be anywhere between 3 and 10 days. This does not include shipping times, which typically range from 7-10 days depending on your location. To rush the order through our production timeline, there is a rush fee of $150 you can also choose to upgrade the shipping.
We can ship a sample, unprinted item to you for a small fee. The sample will generally arrive within 2-5 business days. If you need a printed sample, please call us at 714 386 9535. There is a significant setup time required for these samples, so the cost can vary.

The price per shirt depends on a few variables within your order.
- Type Style of Garment
- Number of ink colors in the artwork (more ink colors, the greater the cost)
- Number of print locations for the design
- Quantity of shirts in the order (the more shirts you order, the less you pay per shirt)
We take payments in advance of printing your order. Lead times begin at receipt of payment.

Yes, SquidInk offers discounts on bulk orders. Orders of 20 or more will receive 10% off their order and orders of 100 or more will receive a whopping 20% off.

What is the cost to have a design created?
The price varies, if you already have an idea of what you are looking for the cost is less than if we go into the design process from scratch. The price is also determined by the complexity of the design. You are allotted three design changes per design. The cost per design ranges from $50-$150.
Yes, we require that all orders have approved artwork prior to production.
If the order is an online order submitted in our design studio or other online platforms, then you will receive an electronic proof 1-5 business days after purchase for approval. If the order was placed through our customer service team then they will work with you directly to create the approved artwork
